Description: PADS to HOPE offers support and services to individuals and families in northwest suburban Cook County who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The HOPE Center provides support services, including clothing and food closets, case management, vocational support and mental health treatment. The PADS program provides 18 temporary overnight shelters October -April.
