Description: CEDA Northwest offers a number of programs to help low to moderate income families/individuals achieve economic self-sufficiency. These programs include, but are not limited to: Headstart, WIC, day care support, transitional living programs, job assistance, emergency food assistance, housing counseling, father/children program, first-time home buyers program, and budget counseling. All ages. Foreign Language(s): Spanish, Polish, Russian, Bulgarian. Our new CEDA Northwest Resale Shop at Wolf Rd. and Central in DesPlaines is open Mon-Sat, 10 am to 6 pm
