H1N1 Vaccinations for Arlington Heights Residents (by appointment only)
According to the message on the Village's H1N1 flu hotline (847-368-5770) as of Wednesday, 10/28:
The Village, in coordination with Northwest Community Hospital, will be giving H1N1 shots at the Village (Health Department) on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 from 9am-1pm. Shots are available to Arlington Heights residents only. Shots will be given to qualified people/children only. To make an appointment and get information on eligibility, call 847-253-9661 on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009 between the hours of 5pm-8pm.
